Pick your terrain — sea, mountains, countryside or town —, your dates and the number of travellers. Each listing details the property, its amenities, its location and its weekly rates.

2. Write to the owner

From the listing, send your enquiry: dates, number of guests, questions. It goes straight to the owner — no queue, no call centre.

3. The owner replies, you book together

The owner answers with their direct contact details. Availability, price, contract, deposit: everything is settled between the two of you, simply. No commission is ever added to the displayed price.

What if a listing does not reply?

Owners commit to answering, and unanswered enquiries hurt a listing's visibility. If one property leaves you waiting, try another: contacting owners is free and without obligation.
