In the village of Arc 1600, in the heart of the Paradiski ski area, our Bela Vya 2 chalet, built in 2023, comprises 2 identical 200m² sections.
It's a haven of tranquillity, opening onto an exceptional panorama where Mont-Blanc takes center stage. In this unique setting, guests will appreciate the relaxation area featuring a year-round heated outdoor pool, sauna and Nordic bath.
In keeping with the contemporary spirit of Les Arcs' innovative architecture, the Bela Vya 2 chalet radiates a soft, soothing ambience. Its blond wood and natural tones give way to a fabulous panoramic view of Mont Blanc, which, thanks to the large windows, can be enjoyed from the inside.

We rent each part independently. And the description (and rates) below correspond to a 200m² section.

Comprising 5 bedrooms, all with en suite shower rooms. The large master bedroom, nestled on the top level of the chalet, adds a small living room, office area, bathroom with shower and bathtub, and toilet.
The dormitory room has a lovely mezzanine with TV, games and reading area for children.

The day area occupies the first level, combining kitchen, dining area and living room with fireplace.
The chalet is ideal for families or groups of friends, who will enjoy its magnificent relaxation area - outdoor swimming pool, Finnish sauna, Nordic bath - with mountain views.

Ski storage, parking.

Located in the hamlet of Courbaton, around 800 m from the center of Arc 1600, the chalet has a ski-in, ski-out service (subject to snow conditions). The slopes of Paradiski are waiting for you. This fabulous ski area combines the slopes of La Plagne, Peisey-Vallandry and Les Arcs to offer 425km of uninterrupted skiing.

We offer a shuttle service to and from the slopes (EQV electric Mercedes V-class van).
