This beautiful traditional 3-storey chalet, facing the Aravis mountain range, is located 2 km from the Croix Fry slopes, not far from the pretty village of Manigod. The large garden offers a breathtaking view of the Manigod valley and the Tournette. NOTE: cleaning, sheets & towels included.

The harmonious combination of modern and antique furniture gives the place a warm atmosphere, which is even more palpable in the large living room, where comfortable sofas await you for moments of sharing by the fire.

The south-facing balcony offers sublime views of the Aravis mountain range, and picture windows near the dining area open onto a covered terrace, allowing you to enjoy your meals indoors or outdoors. Preparing a Savoyard meal in the new, fully equipped kitchen (including a Nespresso machine!), where there is a second dining table, will be a real pleasure. This floor also has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and toilet.

On the ground floor you will find a home cinema, shower room, ski room for 10 pairs of skis and hanging space, garage, laundry room and storage space. The other 4 bedrooms (3 doubles, two with en-suite shower rooms and one with an extra single bed, and 1 with 2 twin beds), two of which have access to the balcony, are on the first floor.
