Just a few minutes from the Crêt du Merle piste and the village of La Clusaz, Chalet Charmar is an excellent choice for active families looking for a year-round stay in the mountains.

This beautiful terraced chalet sleeps 12 people (8 adults maximum) in 6 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and an attic family suite, consisting of 3 sleeping areas - 1 with a double bed, 1 with a single bed and a small dormitory with 3 small single beds for the children, a play area and a chest full of soft toys! You will also find 2 independent bathrooms.

There are two terraces: one at the front of the chalet, offering superb views of the Beauregard and Etale massifs, and one at the back, where you can enjoy your meals outside or simply soak up the sun. The living room has two areas: a lounge with sofas, a flat screen TV and a library, and a cosy corner to sit by the fireplace. The views from this room are absolutely stunning!

Last but not least, this rental is located 1 hour from Geneva airport and has 2 garages (4 parking spaces in total are available).

ATTENTION: for your safety and that of your children it is strictly forbidden to go sledding at the back of the property.

The chalet has 2 parking spaces: in each of them, you can park one car under cover and put another one in a row, with the back of the car sticking out. Please note: for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to sledge at the back of the property. Important: if you book Chalet Charmar and its neighbouring Chalet La Frasse together, please note that the dining rooms of both chalets are not designed to accommodate a group larger than the capacity of each rental. ATTENTION : until July 2nd 2021 the access road to the chalet (route du Crêt du Merle) is closed during the day until 5pm, except weekends and public holidays.
