The large living room has a kitchen with a central island and everything you need to cook for a large family. The equipment is rich and generous to live in full comfort.
The living room - dining room offers a modular living space articulated around a central table and a large sofa. Three large bay windows offer an exceptional view and a bright atmosphere. A second living room with a bench that can be transformed into a bed and an adjoining shower completes the living space. The toilets and a large entrance hall are also present.

On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms facing south (2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). A large bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and Italian shower is the main shower room. A second shower is available on the first floor as well as a separate toilet.
