This 53sqm apartment includes: a "parents room", with its own shower room (including WC); a children room which can receive up to 4 persons, a modern kitchen opened to a bright living room, with view on firs and mountains; a second bathroom, a second separate toilet. Accommodations include a private ski locker and a private garage (for a car, bicycles...).
The apartment is new and well equipped (multifunction oven, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, complete baby and young children equipment...).
Crest-Voland is a family ski resort, nice both in winter and summer. Connected to the renown "Espace Diamant", it offers a large ski area (at around 200 meters from the residence). On top of mounts, let discover 360° amazing views, with among other the Mont-Blanc.
In summer, mountain landscapes are beautiful, cows graze on green ski slopes, woods are waiting your rides. Do not miss the water cascades in the "Bois du Ban" at 300m from the apartment. The village proposes numerous activities (sport, culture, nature discovering, young children clubs...). The private garage allows you leaving your equipment (bikes...) safely. The swimming pool is waiting you both in winter and summer.
This is an ideal place for starting discovering the Savoie region, from Albertville (24km), Annecy and its beautiful lake (50km) to Chamonix (48km), the Mont-Blanc and its glaciers.
