It is located in Villeneuve la Salle on the banks of the river, close to the ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe trails and toboggan runs (all within a 2-minute walk).
and a 5-minute walk from the Pré Long shopping center, where you'll find all the shops you need (grocery, bakery, ski rental, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and cinemas).

Opposite, on the other side of the river, the skating rink and the new indoor swimming pool await you for après-ski.

The old village of La Salle with its many restaurants is just a 5-minute walk away.
The chalet has a lot of charm: old furniture and typical regional objects, exposed beams, sea rush and parquet flooring.
It enjoys plenty of sunshine, peace and quiet and a beautiful view of the mountains.

1 bedroom with 1 slightly raised 140cm bed (access by means of a small stepladder).

- living room with fireplace opening onto the terrace
- dining room and open-plan kitchen completely renovated in August 2020 (Pyrolise oven and induction hob, Nespresso coffeemaker).

1 very large river-side bedroom with double bed (160cm).
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) + 2 single beds (1 overhead and 1 under the window)// Possibility of combining the 2 single beds (90cm) to make a king-size bed (180cm).
