The “La Gélinotte” Chalet is a superb traditional chalet offering a 180° panoramic view of the Aravis mountain range. Situated in a quiet location, it is just a few minutes’ drive from the villages of Combloux and Megève, known for their entertainment, shops, and restaurants.


The 200 m² chalet is built in authentic mountain style, featuring larch wood both inside and out, and blends seamlessly into the landscape. You’ll be able to fully enjoy its comfort and authentic charm.

The main floor features a spacious living room with a beautiful contemporary fireplace. It’s the perfect spot for evenings spent reading one of the books provided, surfing the internet, or watching TV. A dining room occupies the other part of the floor, right next to the kitchen. Open to the living room, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare traditional Savoyard meals: fondue, raclette, and pierrade, among others.

Comfort is the name of the game in this family-friendly chalet where everyone will feel right at home.
It can accommodate 10 people in the 5 bedrooms spread across two floors. All are decorated in a warm, Savoyard style and feature built-in closets. Four of them open onto balconies where you can enjoy the mountain views.
Three bathrooms and five toilets round out the sleeping accommodations!

The basement (adjacent to the garage) features a TV lounge equipped with a 65-inch screen and a Netflix subscription. A children’s corner has been set up, complete with games, books, and DVDs.
For practical needs, you’ll appreciate the coatroom with a shoe dryer, as well as the laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and ironing board.
The garage and two private parking spaces mean you won’t have to worry about finding a place to park!

The services provided are on par with the accommodations and amenities: personalized welcome, provision of linens (bed linens, bath towels, and kitchen linens), housekeeping (upon arrival and departure, plus two 2-hour sessions during the week), bed-making service, Wi-Fi, toiletries provided in each bathroom, and a small grocery basket upon your arrival.
Of course, the usual utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, tourist taxes, and VAT) are included in the listed rent.
Other services are available as options:
babysitting, baby kit, electric vehicle charging station (separate meter), daily housekeeping, etc.

A large terrace of approximately 75m² is perfect for relaxing after a good hike or sharing a meal with family or friends.
A large table with chairs for 12 guests, 6 lounge chairs, 2 offset 3x3m umbrellas, and an electric griddle make this a particularly welcoming and popular spot.

Megève and Combloux offer such a wide range of activities that it’s impossible to list them all: hiking, mountain biking, cycling, rock climbing, golf, paragliding, canyoning, tennis, airplane flights, swimming pool, biotope lake, horseback riding, high-mountain adventures, summer tobogganing, MB Race, etc....
not to mention: exhibitions, movies, museums, media library, bridge, casino, spa, yoga, fitness, hockey games, and even language classes!!

Chamonix is a half-hour away, and Geneva is an hour away.
