- laundry room equipped with LV and SL and ski room;
- a large garden with trees and protected of 950m2, garden equipment in cast iron and wood and BQ, quiet and sunny, with garage.

The shuttle bus passes 150 meters from the chalet, it takes you to the ski lifts in 5 minutes and to the thermal baths in 10 minutes.
