South facing, terrace with a view of the Grand Mont and the village of Beaufort and access to the nature area at the back with a barbecue area and relaxation to the sound of the birds and the waterfall.
Secluded but 5 minutes walk from the village, in a private property, parking at the end of the road. Access by a sloping path of 20 meters (on foot).

The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, nor for children who are too young (wood-burning stove, stairs, mezzanine, proximity to nature, forest, slope and stream which requires supervision...)

IN WINTER,
- In winter, the road is always cleared of snow but special equipment is always required.
The car is essential to reach the slopes : we are far from them by :
1 km from the Beaufort cross-country ski run, 5 km from Areches, 19 km from Les Saisies, 10 km from Hauteluce (access to Espace Cristal), 12 km from Belleville- Les Contamines.
In the village 200 m access to the shuttle for Arêches.

- Around the chalet there is plenty of space for sledging and snowman

- heating : wood stove and oil bath radiator (new chalet, wood fibre insulation)

Cleaning to be done by you but you can also entrust it to us: 60 euros to be paid on the spot.

Household linen is provided (sheets, terry towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels, napkins)

For the sake of authenticity, we have chosen not to offer television or wifi.

We live in the same property at 50m.
200m from the village centre to enjoy a walk and do your shopping without taking the car.
The village of Beaufort with all its amenities (health centre, pharmacy, 2 bakeries, 2 butcher's shops, 1 small casino, shops for clothes, sports, souvenirs and decoration and its restaurants)
Market on Wednesday morning.
