Chalet with 4 bedrooms, 12 to 14 beds, a bathroom and a wooden bathtub in the master suite.

Traditional individual chalet of 110 m² designed to accommodate 12 people, 8 adults and 4 children, possibility of 2 additional adult beds with sofa bed.

Made of solid wood, it offers you a real haven of peace, warm and friendly in a noble material.
With its careful decoration and its clear view, it is composed on the ground floor, of an entrance hall with shelves to deposit ski boots, a large kitchen, dining room and living room, a separate toilet, a spacious master suite with sink and wooden bathtub and a large terrace with 2 solid wood tables, benches and a parasol.

It is equipped with a dishwasher, a multifunction oven, a microwave oven, a ceramic hob, a large fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dryer, a SENSEO coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, a toaster, 2 raclette machines and 2 fondue machines, a wood stove, a 164 cm television with sound bar, Netflix, OCS, free Wi-Fi and a sofa bed. The master suite is equipped with a double bed (160 cm), a TV with Netflix and a cot.

On the 1st floor, it consists of:

-2 bedrooms each with a balcony, a double bed in 140 and a single bed. Each room is equipped with a television with Netflix.

-1 room with a bunk bed and a pull-out bed for 2 adults (both beds are on the same level). This room is also equipped with a television with Netflix.

-1 bathroom with bathtub, double sink and toilet.

The chalet also has a 6 m² ski-room on the ground floor.

Located in the DEVOLUY massif which offers, winter and summer, unforgettable holidays with its 2 resorts of LA JOUE DU LOUP and SUPERDEVOLUY, one of the largest ski areas in the Southern Alps and its balneotherapy centre and spa O'DYCEA offering massages and treatments.

It is located 600 m from the snow front (8 min walk) and 450 m from O'DYCEA and the town centre with shops and restaurants (5 min walk).

Animals accepted.

Concierge in charge of the reception and departure (available if needed during the stay).

Tourist tax not included in the price (variable according to the number of tenants), deposit (not cashed, returned on departure if no findings) 1 500 €.
