New chalet (1st rental summer 2022) classified 3 stars with exceptional and panoramic view on the Mont-Blanc range, the Fiz range and the Aravis range.
Very warm, in a green setting, the chalet is located 2 km from the center of the village of Combloux and the biotope water plan.
The ski resort of Combloux "Les portes du Mont-Blanc" is 7 mn away by car (2 mn for the 1st ski lift).
The ski area of Megève is also 7 mn away (Princesse cable car).
Combloux, village resort, is located 10 km from Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, 30 km from Chamonix, 77 km from Annecy, 63 km from Geneva and 47 km from Italy.

The chalet of 90 m² with private parking includes :

Unfortunately, our friends the animals are not allowed in order to guarantee to the next tenants presenting allergies, an accommodation the most adapted possible.

Smoking is not allowed inside the chalet, for security reasons and respect for the future occupants.

The price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival)

Cleaning at the end of the stay (charged if not done 100 €)

Bathroom linen (shower sheet, towel, glove) on option
