In the heart of the ALPES, in the BEAUFORTAIN massif nicknamed "the little French TYROL" between the Tarentaise valley and the MONT-BLANC, in a friendly setting with panoramic mountain views, we offer for rent, in all seasons, between private individuals, our comfortable, well-equipped apartment on the 1st floor of a chalet-style residence at 1200 m altitude in the PLANAY hamlet of ARÊCHES-BEAUFORT (1st village resort off the A 430), 25 km from Albertville and 70 km from Chambéry.

In winter: Residence at the foot of the slopes (100m), ski in, ski out.
Departure of the "LE BOIS" gondola lift and the "PIAPOLAY" TSD in the immediate vicinity of the apartment (50m).
Opposite the snow garden, PiouPiou club.

In summer: hiking trails start at the foot of the apartment, with Mont Blanc in the background.
You'll soon be in the heart of alpine meadows and spruce forests.

From the balcony, you can enjoy 180° views of the Grande Journée, Mirantin and Pas de l'âne peaks.

BEDROOM No. 1: 140cm bed (plenty of storage space).
BEDROOM 2: pull-out sofa (140), 1 bunk bed (90), cot available on request.

BALCONY (12 m²) south-facing: table, armchairs, chairs, parasol, 3 chiliennes, 1 barbecue (in summer).
Private ski locker: in summer equipped with 3 bike & mountain bike racks (max. height 80 cm) for children under 10, removable shelves for storing hiking boots, rollerblades, skates, balls, snowshoes etc.
SECURE ROOM for mountain bikes and bicycles in the basement (in summer).
