Description (apartment fully renovated in late 2015):
- Day area (25 m2) with :
o Kitchen area (dishwasher, induction hob, hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette mould)
o Dining area with 1 table and 7 chairs
o lounge area with Rapido convertible sofa with 140x190 bedding and 18 cm thick mattress, 2 armchairs, 39" TV
- Sleeping area (25 m2) with :
o A bedroom with a 2-person 140x190 Saison bed and 32-inch TV
o A 2-person 140*190 + 1-person 90*190 mezzanine bed and a cot
o An independent WC
o A bathroom with shower 120 * 80, 2 separate sinks, a 2nd toilet and a washing machine
o Blankets and comforters supplied, bed linen to bring along
SKI: Take advantage of the central position of Les Coches to share between the two ski areas of La Plagne and Les Arcs, with the Vanoise Express cabin close to Les Coches (10/15 minutes by ski). Because of its central position as a link between La Plagne and Les Arcs, the slopes at Les Coches receive extra maintenance.
Building on the edge of the Mont Blanc blue run, Lac Noir (50 m) and Plan Bois (250 m) ski lifts.
ESF children's center and kindergarten 100 M or 250 M. Lockable ski room and lockers in the basement of the residence with access to the slope.
Free parking in the resort, easy vehicle unloading and recharging at the residence door.
WIFI-Livebox internet access.
Possibility of renting sheets and towels from a local partner.

Winter rentals are from Sunday to Sunday.
Collaboration with a local concierge with the following services:
