GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - PARA-HOTEL STAYS Article 1 - Purpose and nature of the stay These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the terms and conditions applicable to a stay at the 'Nivalis' chalet. In addition to the furnished accommodation, the holiday includes several para-hotel services offered in a professional context in accordance with article 261 D, 4° of the French General Tax Code. These services, made available to holidaymakers, contribute to the quality, safety and regularity of the reception and maintenance of the chalet in good condition during occupancy. Article 2 - Booking, prices and payment Any booking made via the OVO Network platform becomes firm upon confirmation. Prices include accommodation and all para-hotel services offered during the stay. Payment is made according to the terms indicated in the rental contract. The services are provided in a professional environment that complies with para-hotel standards. Article 3 - Physical welcome A physical welcome is provided on arrival, at a time communicated to the holidaymaker prior to arrival. This includes the handing over of access cards, a presentation of the facilities, safety instructions and useful information to ensure proper use of the chalet. Article 4 - Maintenance of the accommodation during the stay The accommodation is maintained by professionals appointed to ensure its good general condition. Maintenance is scheduled during the stay, on a date and at a time previously communicated to the holidaymaker. Staff must be given access to the property to maintain the level of quality expected in a para-hotel setting. Article 5 - Condition of accommodation and departure Guests must respect the premises and equipment provided. They must leave the chalet in a state of normal use on their departure, including reasonable tidying of spaces, waste management and respectful use of equipment. If the chalet is found to be in a condition beyond normal use, requiring additional work, a deduction may be made in accordance with the procedure laid down in the rental contract. Article 6 - Linen Linen (sheets and towels) is provided at the beginning of your stay. No replacement is planned during the stay, as this operation complies with the rules applicable to short-term stays in a para-hotel setting.
