Very quiet, wooden chalet with a 10 m² balcony/terrace facing south.
Alpine ski resort (Corrençon/Villard de Lans) and cross-country skiing/biathlon at 100 meters. Put your skis on at the entrance of the garage to reach the ski lifts, just next to the Rambins area where children can learn to ski, (and just next to a crêperie...)

In the village, 5 minutes walk : grocery store, bakery, tobacconist, restaurants, spa and swings.
In summer, 300 meters away : 18 holes golf and ski wheel, hiking and horse riding (Barraquand's breed of Vercors horses!), goat farm to visit...

-- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, electric hob, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, fondue/raclette/crepe maker).
-- Bathroom (1 basin, shower, washing machine), bath sheets are not provided.
-- One bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a double bed and a cot, one sofa bed in the main room. On the mezzanine : one room with two single beds and one room with a double bed (possibility to add a double mattress, provided). All bedrooms have storage cupboards. All beds have pillows/blankets and are protected by undersheets. You can bring your own sheets or duvets.
-- A garage (sled, shovels, car space, ski equipment).
-- TV, DVD player, board games.
-- Underfloor heating, oil stove (no extra charge) in the main room, very practical for drying clothes after a day of skiing!

In Villard, 5 minutes by car : cinema, swimming pool, ice rink, supermarkets, shops...

We rent in winter but also in summer.
