Located 5 km from Megève, our family chalet is ideal for a peaceful family vacation.
It overlooks the village of Praz-sur-Arly and is 1.5 km from the village and the ski slopes, which it faces.
Facing due south, it features a balcony and a grassy terrace.
Our chalet is a family-run property. Each generation adds its own personal touch and carries out renovation work.
In May 2021, we just completed the latest renovations: we combined the kitchen and dining room into a single living space. We still have a few projects in mind to improve its comfort and modernize it...

This small chalet features an open-concept living area that combines the kitchen and living room, a bedroom on the same level with a 140- and a 90-bed, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with two 90-beds.
A balcony wraps around the chalet. A grassy terrace below allows you to enjoy lunch outdoors or relax on the lounge chairs—except in winter, of course!
You’ll also find a ski storage room and private parking.


The entire property is at your disposal. Only the attics, storage sheds, and cellars are off-limits.

Additional Notes
Upon request and for an additional fee, we can provide linens and bed sheets. The beds are equipped with comforters.
You can find the rental rates for linens on the Blanc comme Neige laundry service website in Megève.

A raclette machine is available for your use, along with an electric hotplate and a fondue pot.

You are responsible for cleaning the property.

We require a €500 security deposit upon your arrival, which will be refunded if the exit inspection reveals no issues.

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

The road leading to the chalet is quite steep; in winter, SNOW CHAINS ARE ESSENTIAL (in the event of snowfall, of course).
This also applies to 4x4s.
A car is essential.
