Perched at the top of the hamlet of Serre Barbin, between Villeneuve-la-Salle and Monetier-les-Bains, the chalet is located in the middle of nature, facing south, with a magnificent view of the Agneaux massif, and the finger of God ( La Meige) in a perfectly calm and sunny environment.
Parking and garden:
- Private parking for four cars.
- Large garden of 1700M2, located in the middle of nature for children's games (sled, etc...)
Ski-Randos:
- Ski departures: 2km (TS Fréjus to Villeneuve-la-Salle). 4Km (TS Bachas to Monetier-les-Bains).
- Departures for hiking / snowshoeing just behind the chalet on the GR 50 towards the Col de Buffère and the Grand Aréa.
Shops and activities:
- All shops and activities are located within 2km of the chalet.
The chalet:
Bright, spacious, warm, friendly, super equipped and comfortable, the chalet accommodates 14 people ( 6 /8 adults+ 8/6 children) + 1 baby.
- 6 bedrooms with comfortable bedding.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen : (Raclette/fondue machine, slicer, Thermomix, etc...)
- 2 Italian shower rooms + 2 bathrooms with bathtubs.
- 1 ski room with storage lockers.
- 2 terraces and 2 balconies facing south.

- Beds made on arrival.
