* We regularly occupy our chalet as a second home, so you will find it well equipped and decorated with care. It is a real family chalet, you will quickly feel at home.

* In winter our tenants appreciate finding the yard cleared of snow and parking their cars right in front of the chalet.

* At an altitude of 1475 meters, our chalet "Goupil" enjoys a panoramic view of the surrounding peaks.

* Its terrace is sheltered from the wind and exposed to the south, and is sunny until sunset. It is very pleasant in winter and in summer what happiness to take the aperitif or to eat outside while the children play on the ground around the chalet in full safety.

* Ideal for two families. The 4 bedrooms allow for privacy for everyone.

* In the upstairs lounge you can relax and read or watch TV while your friends chat on the ground floor,

* On the ground floor:

3 bedrooms: bed 140 in one, 2 beds 90 in another and a bed 140 + bed 90 in the last one.

* Baby equipment:
Folding bed with mattress, bathtub, high chair and booster seat, potty and changing mat are available.
For his safety and your peace of mind we have provided a removable barrier at the top of the stairs.

* You have the choice between an electric barbecue and a charcoal barbecue (in summer).

* TOURIST TAX : 1,10 €/pers (+ of 18 years old) and per night.

* The tenant can clean the house at the end of his stay or he will be charged 80 € if not done.

* Deposit on arrival: 500 € (check not cashed)

Our chalet is located in the "Le Grand Serre" housing estate, on the left as you arrive at the resort, away from the traffic, in a quiet environment and only 550 m from the heart of the resort.

Your children can play safely around the chalet. In the summer they can play in the small wood nearby and in the winter they can play in the field behind the chalet, from where you can go directly on snowshoes.

You can walk to the lifts and cross-country skiers can put on their skis in front of the chalet.

WINTER and SUMMER : the O'DYCEA centre Les Bains du Dévoluy will welcome you in a Balneo area with bubbling baths, hydro massaging jets, musical bath and Nordic bath and a SPA area.

SUMMER : you can go hiking early in the morning to see the wildlife and in the afternoon you can enjoy the resort's open-air swimming pool.
There are many marked trails, the GR93 and GR94. A binder is available in the chalet to help you make your choice. Even with children you can have a nice walk.
There is also a via ferrata site, forest trails, mountain bike routes and a horse riding centre.

Take advantage of your stay to see :
* The Col du Noyer which links the Dévoluy to the Champsaur valley. The landscape is superb, the road is picturesque. You can eat at the refuge which is at the top of the pass.
* The Gillardes spring, the second largest in France; children will love playing in the water and you can walk along the path in the shade of the trees.
* The Mother Church which is the oldest chapel in the Hautes Alpes with its thatched roof.
* The Sanctuary of Notre Dame de La Salette (in Isère) is 45 minutes away by car.
