The apartment Linaigrette 3 was recently redone with healthy materials (wood wool, spruce, fir). The living room with its high ceilings, the exposed and clear framework, a warm woodwork as well as a bay window allowing to have a pleasant and luminous room giving on the balcony exposed full south with a clear view on the tracks and the surrounding mountain.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, traditional, 3 gas, 1 hob, an extractor hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, various utensils, fondue set, raclette machine, numerous storage spaces.

The bright bathroom with a window has a large shower, a double basin unit with 2 mirrors and lighting, washing machine, towel dryer, hair dryer and 150 litre water heater. The toilets are independent

The room is composed of a bunk bed for 2 people with mattresses of 90*190. Each bed has an individual lighting, a pillow and a duvet. A wardrobe to store personal belongings and several blankets if needed.
The sofa bed is in the living room for 2 persons with a "Bultex" mattress (140*190)
The entrance hall has storage space and a coat rack.
The heating is electric with radiators to be regulated according to the temperature.
