This apartment - in the process of being classified (3/4 stars) - is on the garden level of a chalet whose construction was completed in December 2024. The chalet is located in the village resort of Crest-Voland - Cohennoz (hamlet "Le Moulin"), at the heart of the Espace Diamant ski area (alpine and Nordic skiing). Espace Diamant links 5 village resorts, including Les Saisies, Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, Praz-sur-Arly and Flumet - Saint Nicolas La Chapelle.

Thanks to its bay windows, this bright apartment benefits from a double exposure (south and west) and offers a breathtaking view of Mont Charvin, the Aravis mountain range and the Bauges massif.

With a surface area of 85m², it sleeps 8 and is organized as follows:

Tenants benefit from the chalet's ski room and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer), both accessible directly from the apartment.

For larger groups, you can also rent Le Mazot (sleeps 5), a small independent chalet renovated in 2024 and located right next to the main chalet.
