We propose you to rent a ground floor apartment with balcony, for 6 persons, in a chalet, in the resort of LA NORMA.
In winter the snow cover is good thanks to its exposure.
The apartment has been refurbished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an induction cooker, an oven, a large fridge and a small freezer, a microwave oven. There is a raclette set, a pierrade, a fondue set, a waffle iron and a crepe maker.
You will find:
-on the balcony a private ski locker,
-a SAS entrance.
Situated on the edge of the forest with a view of the Vanoise National Park, the chalet is 100 m from the Sainte-Anne green run which allows you to go down to the ski lifts, to enjoy the 65 km of slopes, and to come back with your skis on. Near the chalet you have the "chemin du peitit bonheur" on which you can walk with snowshoes.
For the period of Christmas 2021 and the New Year, there will be the possibility of renting the week from Sunday to the following Sunday.
Motorway or TGV to Modane at 5 kms from La Norma (shuttle from the station).
Easy access to VAL THORENS/3 vallées by the Orelle cable car (15 mn by car).
In summer, you can enjoy the 2 lakes (a water leisure base and a small lake for fishing), the large playgrounds, the activities of the resort and a rare and extraordinary flora... Near the chalets there is the forest and common areas for children to play. For those who love to walk, there are marked paths starting from the resort and hikes are organized on the edge of the Vanoise National Park. In summer, 200 km of mountain bike trails are available from La Norma.
If you are unable to go to the rental site due to the regulations put in place by the state following the covid (confinement or prohibition of movement), the sums committed will be refunded.
