In case of cancellation linked to the COVID 19, we will reimburse you in full for your stay.
The cancellation request must be registered before the start date of the stay. You benefit from a free cancellation and a full refund of the sums paid if the selected accommodation is closed by administrative decision linked to Covid-19 or because of the state of health linked to Covid-19 of one of the participants in the stay (on presentation of medical proof) or if by governmental decision our region or yours is under travel restriction.
