- Spacious, bright living room with fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, Nespresso machine), dining area and living room with top-of-the-range sofa bed + Marshall Bluetooth speaker.
- A 5.2 m² west-facing balcony-terrace, with views of the Brevent and afternoon sun.
