Charming two-room apartment with southern exposure, located on the second floor (with lift) of the tourist residence " l'Horizon Blanc ", in the heart of the resort at La Joue du Loup - 05250 LE DEVOLUY (HAUTES-ALPES), less than 100 m from the ski slopes, less than 100 m from the new wellness centre (with spa, hammam, solarium, massages etc.....) in front of a small shopping center with restaurants, mini-market, bakery, ski shop ... and about 100 m from the ESF and 40 meters from the daycare.

This apartment, located in a typical mountain residence, fully equipped with balcony, offers to the tenants an exceptional panorama on the resort of La Joue du Loup and the surrounding mountains.

From the apartment you can also go hiking, rent mountain bikes, go tree climbing, go to the heated swimming pool
the heated swimming pool in the centre of the resort, play petanque.

The plus of the apartment: a free underground parking to park your car safe from the snow and cold.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenette including 2 hotplates, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, raclette machine, vacuum cleaner. Then the dining area and trundle beds (for two people).

The bedroom is equipped with a very comfortable bed (120x190 cm) and wall cupboards, then, in the entrance, a set of two bunk beds.
Then the bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer and a separate toilet.
Each bed is equipped with blankets and pillows.

Then a large balcony (a small table and two chairs are extra to install on the balcony) with a superb view on the slopes, the mountain and the heart of the resort.

Linen (for beds and bath) is not provided, you can get it (extra payment) from the concierge who takes care of the apartment.

You will have to clean the apartment at the end of your stay, but the concierge can also take care of it (payment in addition to the concierge).
