In a small and quiet residence with lift, ideally located on the heights of the resort, nice apartment on the 3rd and last floor for 4 people. The apartment includes a main room with a double bed and a closed bedroom with a double bed. All comfort (dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, washing machine...). Very nice view on the Aiguilles d'Arves. South-west exposure. Very sunny. Balcony with furniture. Cellar & ski locker in closed room. Private parking. Grocery store nearby. During the winter season, access to the slopes by the Soleil chairlift (possibility to buy ski passes at this lift) and return to the residence on skis. Free shuttle in the resort (passes at the foot of the Residence). The resort is part of the Sybelles domain, the 4th largest ski area in France with 310 kms of marked runs. In summer, there are numerous hikes starting from the resort and in the surrounding area. Animations for children and adults organized by the Tourist Office.
It is necessary to add to the price of the rent the cost of the tourist tax, which we have the obligation to collect and to transfer entirely to the commune of Fontcouverte La Toussuire. Count between 0.60 and 1.40 per adult and per night, depending on the period (the basis of calculation is the amount of the rent).
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided.
