Nestled in the heart of the Queyras Regional Natural Park, at an altitude of 1756m at the foot of the slopes of Molines en Queyras.
A ski area of 100 hectares up to 2830m of altitude which can go as far as Saint Véran, cross-country ski trails, snowshoeing trails, a 4 seasons sledge (open all year), a ski school, a nursery at 20m, free shuttle and shuttle from Guillestre (train station), bus from the TGV station of Aix en Provence and many animations are offered to you.
Equipment reservations are 20m away, the ticket office is next door and the ski lifts are 50m away!
We are on the 3rd floor of the residence (with lift) and have a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains. The 28m2 apartment has 1 bedroom with a 140cm bed on the mezzanine and a play area underneath, a dining room with a 140cm sofa bed, a flat screen TV and plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, raclette machine...) and a balcony. 4G
Private parking in the residence. The residence has a lift, a private ski locker on the ground floor. A bar and restaurant on the ground floor (L'ours blanc) and the restaurant L'équipe at 50m.
A rental of sheets for 2 persons, 2 bath sheets, 2 towels, 1 bath mat and 1 tea towel is possible at an additional cost of 25€. Laundry kit in addition. To be seen at the time of booking.
Cleaning is included in the price of the rental (45€).
A deposit of 350€ is required on arrival.
