Fully-renovated 56m2 duplex apartment for 8 to 10 people, on the snow front, with balcony. The Arolles residence is located in the La Norma ski resort at 1400m with 65km of pistes (1,350m - 2,750m).

Private ski locker in the basement of the residence, free parking throughout the resort and possibility of parking in front of the residence. The resort center is pedestrianized and the apartment is at the foot of the slopes.

The residence is 75m from the ESF ski school, 100m from the gondola lift and around 200m from the shopping center. You can reach the resort center via a pedestrian path along the foot of the slopes.
First floor: living room with sofa bed and sliding door to separate from dining room, kitchenette with combi microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge, washing machine-dryer and breakfast area, bathroom with shower and WC. Upstairs: 1 separate WC, large cupboards, 1 bedroom with double bed, and 1 mezzanine sleeping 6.
