A very charming, 4-star private spa chalet measuring 120 m²
in a traditional mountain style,
with a spacious, open layout

spanning two levels (first and second floors), facing the Mont Blanc massif and overlooking the village of Les Houches.
The chalet is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to the owners’ home

Entrance on the first floor via an outdoor staircase: entryway, open-concept kitchen connected to the living room (TV, sofa, wood-burning stove), bathroom (shower, toilet).
On the second floor: three bedrooms (each with 1 bed measuring 140x190 cm + 1 bed measuring 90 cm, TV), bathroom (shower + whirlpool tub), separate toilet.
Balcony, patio with awning, patio furniture, barbecue, lounge chairs. Garden with children’s play area, private outdoor hot tub.

Chamonix town center 10 minutes by car (9km). Merlet Wildlife Park 6 km away (mountain wildlife).
Numerous hiking trails in the area for all seasons.
Italy via the Mont-Blanc Tunnel is 30 minutes away; Switzerland via the Col des Montets is 30 minutes away.

Firewood available for an additional €30 upon request
which includes 1 basket of logs plus 1 basket of kindling; lighting a fire is not mandatory but available upon request

We do not allow electric vehicle charging; it is prohibited to charge vehicle batteries at the chalet. There are fast-charging stations in the town of Les Houches. Thank you.
