5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a 100 sq.m. living room with fireplace.
High-end amenities, 4 flat-screen TVs, large bedrooms, open-plan kitchen … Bath and kitchen linen is provided, and the beds are made upon your arrival.

This 225 sq.m. chalet respects the tradition of wooden chalets built by the Compagnons du Tour de France, with its robust and imposing timber structure.
It offers absolute calm while being ideally located, with views of the Aravis range and Mont Blanc from the first floor.

The return is ski-in with a short off-piste crossing accessible to experienced skiers, weather permitting.

The chalet is a 7-minute drive from the Combloux slopes and 7 minutes from the Princesse gondola leading to the Megève and Saint Gervais ski area.

The 100 sq.m. living area has a comfortable lounge with fireplace and a separate TV room.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy in the dining room or on the south-facing wooden terrace: snowmen in winter and outdoor meals as soon as the weather allows.
We provide raclette, stone grill, and fondue appliances.

On the first floor, 4 spacious bedrooms with balconies enjoy beautiful mountain views: 2 face Mont Blanc and 2 the Aravis range.
Three have 160 cm double beds, and the fourth has two 90 cm bunk beds.
The bunk beds will be replaced by 2 single beds before the winter 2025–2026 season.

The master suite has an en-suite shower room.
A spacious bathroom with bathtub and double sink serves the other three bedrooms.

The garden-level bedroom includes a 160 cm double bed with its private shower room.
This room and bathroom have natural light but face the garden slope.
Each bedroom has large wooden closets for your belongings.
3 toilets: one on each floor.

A ski room to store equipment and a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.

We provide bed, bath, and kitchen linen free of charge.
Final cleaning is included.

You can park 4 vehicles in front of the chalet. Snow equipment required (snow tires or chains).

You have access to the entire chalet.
We provide 3 keys.
You also have access to the garden and two sunny terraces.

We are available 7 days a week and will be happy to answer your questions and help you make your stay unforgettable.
We know the region, providers, and shops very well and can help organize your stay if you wish.
We can collect your ski passes before your arrival, for example.
We can also arrange housekeeping during your stay at the frequency you prefer.
We can provide babysitting services.

A security deposit of €2,000 is required upon arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you by mail within 10 days after your departure.
