Exceptional personalized chalet in the prestigious Chaumattes area:
Architectural chalet, south facing, with panoramic views over the valley and the Joue du Loup resort. A few chalets below blend into the landscape.
Very luminous, this contemporary chalet of 4 levels is a few minutes walk from the village centre (shops, restaurants, cinema, tennis, swimming pool, nursery,...) and from the ski lifts (ski, mountain bike and hiking departure). Everything is accessible on foot (slopes at the end of the road, shops 5 minutes away,...), no car is necessary.
This haven of peace designed and fitted out by an architect and a decorator is warm, functional and perfectly equipped.
The layout is as follows:
Basement: garage, sauna, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and freezer.
Ground floor: entrance, WC, living room, TV/games room (TV, playstation, DVD, Internet), dining room (large table with 12 chairs) and open kitchen with bar and stools (oven, microwave, hotplate, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, fondue and raclette machines,...)
1st floor: 1 children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children, 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub and double washbasin (hair dryer available) and 1 shower room with shower and washbasin, WC. All rooms have a cupboard.
2nd floor: under the roof, a huge room with 5 single beds and a play area.
Cleaning is included twice a week (mid-week and end of stay). Sheets and towels are provided and installed for your arrival.
