In this configuration, you benefit from the whole chalet for your large tribe or your group of up to 24 travelers, made up of 3 levels, the chalet's garden level - the "Cosy" gîte - its first floor - the "Comfort" gîte linked via an interior staircase, the "Cocoon" attic level independently accessible via an exterior staircase.

In all, you have 3 beautiful spaces at your disposal:

The Comforsy complex on the first 2 levels, where 17 people can stay and which includes 2 beautiful living rooms of 36 + 26 m² (in the largest, it's perfectly possible to get everyone together for sit-down meals), 2 beautiful fully-equipped American kitchens with 2 convivial TV lounges; the magnificent Bigourdane fireplace in Comfort, the stove with the spectacle of the fire in Cosy, and on each of the large levels the balcony-terrace of 30 and 11 m² offering an exceptional 180° view of the resort and the Pyrenees. The balconies are furnished with tables, garden furniture and sun loungers, and protected by cane blinds so you can enjoy the breathtaking views.

In the attic, Cocoon sleeps 8, with a large 30m² living area featuring a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a convivial TV lounge with a wood-burning stove, a dining/apéro area, and a living room with two large sofas that can be converted into a dining room, with an exceptional view of the resort and the Pyrenees.

The 3 master suites are large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with washbasin, Italian shower and musical towel rail, one with a double bed, the other 2 with Queen-size beds.

A fourth and fifth master bedroom feature a Queen-size bed.

A sixth bedroom - a family room - has a double bed and two single bunk beds, a seventh bedroom has 4 single bunk beds, and an eighth bedroom has three single beds (two of which are bunk beds).

The absolute delight for children (or grown-ups who haven't lost their childlike spirit!) is the ninth bedroom: 4 Japanese futon beds in 80cm alcoves, where you'll feel like you're in a "cabin" (Warning: bedroom ceiling height = between 1.6m and 1.2m; alcoves between 1m and 0.6m).

The 3 levels can easily accommodate 6 families, or less, for those who want more space!

Three insulated WCs and three bathrooms with double basins, bath, shower and musical towel dryer complete the interior.
