As great lovers of nature and mountains, and in particular the high Alps, we rent a chalet in Vars Sainte-Marie at an altitude of 1730m, which can accommodate up to 14 people. You'll be welcomed into a quiet space, for a complete immersion in nature, and not overlooked. With its south-facing position, you'll enjoy an exceptional view while being just 400m from the nearest ski lift.

We built this chalet in the traditional style of the region, using larch and stone. Designed over three levels, it boasts a surface area of 180m2, with four bedrooms and a 6-bed dormitory, with shower room and separate toilet on each floor. Once through the door, you immediately enter a resolutely modern mountain chalet atmosphere, open to the outside, offering exceptional views of the Vars Ste Marie ski slopes and the Eyssina peaks. We designed this home to create a convivial atmosphere, with a large living room where everyone can gather for meals around the dining table, or to spend quality time in the living room by the fire in the wood-burning stove.

On level 0, you'll find a garage (1 vehicle) and a carport for 2 other vehicles. Entering the chalet, you'll find an entrance hall leading to a 6-berth dormitory, a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet, as well as a ski room and laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).

On level 1, you'll appreciate the living area with its open-plan kitchen. The 50 m² living room, kitchen and dining room open onto a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy lunch almost all year round. You can enjoy the sun from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., even in winter. This level is completed by a bedroom (160cm bed) as well as a shower room and separate WC. For children and adults, this level also has a games room with TV and games console.

On level 2, you'll find 3 bedrooms (160cm bed), a bathroom (bath and shower), a separate toilet and a mezzanine.

The chalet has all the comforts of home: wifi, TV, games console and equipment, steam oven, hob, microwave, classic and espresso coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, fridge-freezer, raclette, fondue, pierrade and more.
