Nice and cosy traditional chalet located at 3 minutes from the slopes by car of the charming village resort of Albiez Montrond (alpine and nordic skiing) and at 10 km from the slopes of the vast domain of Les Sybelles (largest skiable domain of Maurienne with 310km of slopes).

With an area of 120 m2 on 3 levels it is composed of :

An independent entrance on the ground floor with ski room and large storage cupboard, shower room, WC and laundry room (washing machine).
An independent entrance on the 1st floor with equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge (TV, DVD), 1 bedroom with double bed in 160 and shower room WC.
On the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed in 140, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds in 90 with balcony and 1 bathroom WC.
The whole on a quiet ground with a large terrace and a magnificent view on the Aiguilles d'Arves.

The consumption of electricity will be charged to the tenant (meter reading)
