La Fruitière 15 personnes (Spa, Sauna et Billard)

Located at 20min from Megève and 7min from Les Saisies.

We propose you to spend a week in a place full of history mixing sawmill and cheese history. The Chalet la Fruitière has 250m² of living space spread over 4 levels as well as a private car park for 5 vehicles. The chalet is divided into 4 levels:

- 2nd floor: dormitory with 5 beds 90x200cm that can be modulated, a large bathroom, a toilet and a play area for children.
- 1st floor: 4 independent bedrooms (with beds of 160x200cm and 140x200cm) of 12m² with private bathroom and a separate toilet.
- Ground floor: 70m² space with a living room with a 58" television, an area near the fire with a view of the Aravis mountain range and a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room.
- Garden level: Ski room with shoe dryer, billiard table, bar, darts, sauna for 5 people, 1 bedroom of 12m² (with a 160x200cm bed), its bathroom and a separate WC.
- Outside: Spa for 6 people, large terrace for 15 people, barbecue and petanque court.

In winter:
The Chalet is ideally located: the first chairlifts are 500m away (La Logère) and the return can be done directly by ski from the sledge run. The ski-bus shuttle and the first ski rental shop are 250m away on foot (L'Aberu stop) and pass in front of the Chalet. The ESF and the nursery are located in the centre of Crest-Voland. You will have access to the Espace Diamant slopes, allowing you to go to Les Saisies quickly. The proposed activities are varied: skiing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, ski paragliding, hot air ballooning, snowshoeing trail at the foot of the chalet...

In summer :
Summer activities are numerous in Crest-Voland but also in Les Saisies: Canyoning, Rafting, Climbing, Tennis, Mini-Golf, Fishing, Health and wellness centre, Hot air ballooning, Paragliding, Cheese at the farm and at the cooperative, Village markets... The ski lifts are open allowing access to mountain bike and hiking trails. From the Chalet you will have access to 100km of marked trails and 250km of mountain bike trails.

The price includes wifi, coffee and 5 private parking spaces.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Bed linen/towels and cleaning are optional.
