Welcome to our cosy, cocooning chalet
Located in the ski resort of La Joue du Loup in the Dévoluy massif.
Our 105m2 chalet is designed to accommodate 12 people.
Located 400 m from the snow front and the village center, a 7-minute walk away.
Carefully decorated over 3 floors, our chalet features a 35 m2 living room with wood-burning stove and XXL sofa, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large terrace with panoramic mountain views.

Our chalet is designed to accommodate 12 people.

Description :

An outdoor ski room for storing skis and poles.

ENTRANCE: a closet for storing ski boots, helmets, jackets, shoes and slippers.

MAIN ROOM (35 m2):
Fully equipped kitchen:
Nespresso, oven, induction hob, large fridge and freezer, microwave,
dishwasher, toaster, raclette, fondue and crepe makers.
You can spend convivial evenings on an XXL cocooning sofa with a
LCD TV and sound bar, in front of the wood-burning stove (wood can be purchased from the
wood from the concierge).
The living and dining areas overlook the mountains and open onto the terrace.

UPSTAIRS:
You'll find 3 bedrooms:
-bedroom 1: two 80cm beds (can be joined together)
1 connected TV, 1 large closet.
-bedroom 2: one 140cm bed with connected TV, closet and balcony with deckchair and view of the
Grand Ferrant mountain range
-Bedroom 3: two 80cm beds (can be joined together) with connected TV, balcony with deckchair and view of the Grand Ferrant mountain range.
Bathroom with bath, washbasin and
toilet.

ON THE GROUND FLOOR :
-bedroom 4: one 140cm bed and one 80cm bed + drawer bed, connected TV, large closet and mountain view.
-Bedroom 5: two bunk beds, closet, connected TV, mountain view.
- Bathroom: double washbasin with
shower and washing machine.
- Separate toilet.

OUTSIDE:
Pleasant furnished terrace (table and barbecue) with unobstructed, panoramic mountain views,

You can take advantage of the residence's covered, heated SWIMMING POOL,

5 km via ferrata, climbing routes and Superdévoluy basketball and padel courts, bowling and summer tobogganing....

Weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday during winter and summer school vacations.
For the rest of the year, the chalet can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights.
