Chalet located on the hills above La Joue du Loup in the Dévoluy mountain range.
A detached chalet located within the Les Hauts de la Lauzière resort.
It is a 300-meter walk from the shopping area and the base of the slopes.
This traditional wooden chalet, fully equipped for 12 people, offers a magnificent view of the Dévoluy mountain range.

Facing south/southwest and featuring a large terrace, you’ll enjoy exceptional sunshine in both summer and winter.
It’s equipped with a wood-burning fireplace so you can relax by the fire.
At the reception desk of the Résivacances residence, you can also enjoy the heated indoor pool, available daily (during operating hours), and the sauna (by reservation, for an additional fee).

Chalet Description:

This chalet features an open-concept kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, a glass-ceramic cooktop with range hood, an oven, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue sets, and a vacuum cleaner.

Ground Floor:
- Living area with a sofa and flat-screen TV (with HDMI).
- Fully equipped, functional kitchen. A fireplace adds to the ambiance for unforgettable evenings by a cozy wood fire.
- 1 bedroom with a double bed,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds.
- 1 bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine
- 1 separate toilet.

Books for adults and children, card games, and board games are available, and for the summer, tennis rackets, ping-pong paddles, and pétanque balls are provided. Wi-Fi is available in the chalet.

Southwest-facing terrace to enjoy beautiful afternoon sunshine and the sunset, with a table, benches, and lounge chairs.

First floor:
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2),
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 pull-out bed (sleeps 2),
- 1 shower room with toilet.
Folding baby bed and thick mattress provided.
High chair available upon request.

Practical information:
The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily and accessible during the season (July/August and from mid-December to early April), located 30 meters from the chalet (the pool and sauna are reserved for the “Les Hauts de la Lauzière” vacation residence, of which our chalet is a part).
