You will stay in a spacious and comfortable independent chalet on 3 levels but with access on the same level from the back.
Carefully decorated with a wooden interior for a warm mountain atmosphere.
At the foot of the Aravis mountain range, in the magnificent hamlet of Lormay, one of the most authentic places in Grand-Bornand.

In a quiet area, but still very close to the resort centre.

In winter, only 10 min. from the slopes and the centre of the resort (6 km, free shuttle bus at 100m from the gîte), cross-country ski tracks and sledges on the spot, in summer in the middle of the pastures and at the start of the hiking trails.

Very large and bright living room of 45m ², 5 large bedrooms (including one of 40 m ²), 2 bathrooms including one of 10 m ² (currently 1 bathtub duo, 2 showers and 1 shower in a room on the ground floor), 2 independent toilets, 1 mezzanine lounge upstairs (flat screen and DVD player), 1 large heated ski room (16m ²), complete set of equipment for children under 2 years (bed, chair ...)

Pleasant terrace with deckchairs and garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days and beautiful summer evenings.

Animals accepted after agreement with the owner
Renting all year round, weekends and short stays possible outside school holidays. WE deposit : 50% of the total amount
Maximum capacity: 14 people (exceptionally and with supplement 15).
