The chalet "Les Sallanches" is located in the small Maurienne village of Albanne. The village is at an altitude of 1,600 m, and has direct ski access to the Les Karellis ski resort via a ski lift! (Or access by car less than 5 km from the chalet).

The new chalet dates back to 2023; it still needs a few finishing touches (paintwork, light fittings, etc.), but has all the comforts of home. It enjoys a beautiful view over the Maurienne, the Vanoise and the heights of Valloire.

It is suitable for families of up to 10 people (two couples' bedrooms, a 4-person dormitory, a convertible sofa, and the possibility of doubling up the beds), two bathrooms, three WCs). The kitchen is fully equipped. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The stove / fireplace is accessible.

In Albanne, you'll appreciate the calm and charm of a small Maurienne village: its listed Baroque church, its communal bread oven, and its two village inns offering quality menus and a warm welcome.

In winter, direct access by ski lift to the resort of Les Karellis (excellent snow cover, variety of slopes, cross-country ski area, ski touring departure in spring, entertainment and shops...).

Guests are responsible for their own cleaning.

The stove / fireplace is accessible with care (with a limited supply of wood).
