Come and enjoy with your family or friends this superb traditional chalet entirely renovated in old wood. Ideally located between the chic resort of Megève and the authentic village of Combloux, and just a few minutes walk from the Princesse slopes, you have access to the entire Evasion Mont Blanc ski area without using your car. You can ski down the slopes of Megève, Saint-Gervais or Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce.
The chalet opens on a large living room entirely dressed in natural wood. Warm and intimate with its elegant furniture, its carpets and cushions, its Nordic style decoration, it houses a living room with a library and a fireplace, a friendly dining room and a modern kitchen. Large bay windows offer you an unobstructed view of the Mont d'Arbois massif. While enjoying your breakfast, you will admire every morning the sunrise on the snowy mountains. In the afternoon, you will love to curl up with a plaid and a hot chocolate in the sofa while contemplating this breathtaking panorama.
Upstairs, a cozy mezzanine invites you to relax and watch television or read in the quiet, comfortably installed in one of the two club chairs at your disposal. A nice and functional office also allows you to work in complete serenity. Finally, a small wine cellar completes the furniture and keeps your bottles at the ideal temperature.
The garden level has four bedrooms including a master bedroom, two bathrooms and plenty of storage space. The judicious arrangement of the different rooms allows you to benefit from a certain independence while remaining close to your friends or your children.
Next to the main entrance of the chalet, a ski-room offers you the possibility to store all your ski equipment and to get ready for your outings in the snow without any trouble.
On the same level, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
