- Bedroom 3 with a 90 cm single bed and two 90 cm bunk beds.
- Bedroom 4 with two 80 cm bunk beds.

Desk areas and large closets with storage space and closets complete the colorful ambience of the bedrooms.

The modern, highly functional kitchen is equipped with all the classic appliances: oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, food processor, kettle, coffee maker, etc...

Bathrooms with large walk-in showers, slate tiled floors and quality fixtures and fittings are inviting places to relax after skiing or hiking.

A fully-equipped laundry room, a ski room with storage and a large living room with open fireplace complete this warm, all-wood chalet.

WINTER
At an altitude of 1860 meters, Montgenèvre enjoys exceptional natural snow cover.
The slopes are within walking distance, as are the village center and various après-ski activities.
Between the Montgenèvre slopes, the via Latéa and the Sestrière resort in Italy, the ski area is extensive, family-friendly and sporty.
The high-altitude restaurants, panoramic on the French side and typical on the Italian side, will delight you.
The après-ski area, with its many bars and restaurants, is the perfect place to extend your day in style.

SUMMER
Montgenèvre is a paradise for hikers, with extended walks in the Queyras, Briançonnais and Italy just beyond the village for a complete change of scenery.
Turin is just an hour's drive away, with its museums, charming old cafés and lively, cheerful streets.

Summer and winter alike, there are plenty of activities to enjoy with family and friends:
Practise and 18-hole golf course, accrobranche trail, summer tobogganing, balneotherapy, cinema, skating rink, the list goes on.
