Family chalet from 1936.
Built by our grandfather, the rooms and living rooms transport you to another era... The walls of the rooms and the floors are made of wood...
Very well heated, our old chalet will give you a change of scene ....
The maximum capacity is 12 people.
The chalet has a balcony on each floor, you can contemplate the snowy forest without vis a vis...
We have 6 bedrooms ...but to access 2 of the bedrooms, you will have to cross a children's room or opt for the balcony if you do not wish to disturb.

300 meters from the ski lifts and the French Ski School, 200 meters from the bakery, grocery store, butcher and restaurants, you can leave your car for the whole week on the communal parking...

For your comfort, if you wish, we can leave your skis in a ski room 60 meters from the lifts.

Our village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is very friendly and you will certainly fall in love...

At 200 meters, you will also find the charming outdoor ice rink.

On the ground floor
You have an entrance hall (11m2), a large cloakroom (8,5m2), a kitchen (15m2) and a living room (21m2), 1 bathroom of 1960 with bath and bidet (4 m2) and a shower room, 1 toilet on each floor.

On the first floor we have 6 bedrooms and 1 toilet.
At the top of the stairs you will find 5 doors
-1 door leading to the balcony which is the full width of the house (14m),
-3 doors leading directly to 3 bedrooms. (2 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 single beds)
-1 door which reaches a room (2 beds in 80) and in contiguous, there are 2 other rooms... (1 room in bed 140 and a room 2 beds in 80)
These last 2 rooms can be totally independent by using the balcony.
If you don't use the balcony, you will have to cross one or two rooms to reach the other.

Attention:
The rental price does not include:

-the sheets and towels which are not provided.

-Cleaning :
The chalet must be left clean at 10am.
- A cleaning deposit of 250€ by cheque is required. This cheque will not be cashed except if at your departure we have to send a cleaning lady or if you opt for us to do the cleaning.

- A breakage deposit of 450€ by check is required.

- The tourist tax of 0.45€ per day and per adult to be paid on arrival by cheque to the order of RÉGIE DE RECETTE ARLYSERE .


The entries are made only from 16h except authorization of our share.
