In the heart of the resort of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, this semi-detached house (old farm built in the 50's), is located 60 meters from the ski lifts and the French Ski School.

Ideal for 12 people, we have restored the building partially, (insulation, heating, bathroom, toilet and balconies) by keeping the authentic side.
We have thought this house so that families or friends can find themselves there for pleasant vacations, in the old-fashioned kitchen open on the dining room, as in the mountain tradition, the guests will find themselves around the big table of the house for warm moments while having each one their own room for moments of calm.
The house has a small convivial living room on the ground floor and a space in the attic to eventually start a game of board games and return the next day without disturbing the meals or other guests of the house.

Each bedroom on the ground floor and the first floor has a balcony, as does the kitchen, which opens onto the dining room.
The two rooms in the attic do not have a balcony.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are welcome.

The toilets on the ground floor and the first floor are separate.
The attic toilet is in the second bathroom.

This house benefits from a privileged location.

At your request, we will offer you to rent them at the laundry and we will pick them up for you to find them on the spot at your arrival.

If you choose to have us clean the house at your departure, except for the kitchen area, the price will be 250€ and we ask you to leave the house at 8:15 am.

Many activities are available in the area, such as paragliding, golf, skating, rollerblading, fishing, tennis, skiing, climbing, mountain biking, horseback riding, cycling and hiking. The beach of Annecy is located at 40 km 1h15.
The Golf of Megève is located at 15mn
In summer, the small lake of Flumet is 7 minutes away
The three lakes of Sallanches are 35 mn away

By plane: Geneva airport is 80 km away.
By train : the train station of Sallanches is 25 km away.
By car: the Sallanches freeway exit is less than 25 km away, as well as the Albertville exit, depending on where you are coming from.
