Luxury ski in ski out chalet in Peisey-Vallandry, a small village connected to the huge Paradiski resort. Ideal location, a few meters above a track leading to the gondola and at walking distance (300m) from village centre amenities. Situated in a quiet residential and car free area, you will enjoy a breathtaking 180° view on the Beaufortin and Bellecôte mountains from the terrace south west oriented.

This chalet has been tastefully refurbished, marrying traditional decoration made by local artists and craftsmen, with state of the art facilities. It has been designed by the owners as their “second home”, where plenty of details will make you feel comfortable in a cosy atmosphere.

You will find on the ground floor three bedrooms, all with double/twin beds, a large bathroom with 2 sinks and whirlpool bathtub, a shower room with 2 sinks and multi purpose shower (hammam, high pressure jetstream), WC.

The first floor is the chalet living area with open-plan kitchen, wood-burning stove, two sofas, large dining table. A staircase leads to the mezzanine with two closed bedrooms : one with double/twin beds, one with simple bed, a desk and space under the roof used as playground for children.
Also on first floor, entrance, a shower room with WC, a ski room with wall storage for skis and snow-boards, shoes and gloves dryers.

A private parking place is available in an underground parking located in a residence below the chalet (l'Orée des neiges).
