Our family chalet is located 16 combe du Galland in Prémanon.
With a surface of 100 m2, it is adapted for 6 people.
On the first floor a large living room of 18 m2, warm atmosphere, mountain with a large table, corner aperitif with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV flat screen (TV orange, wii u, wifi) a large bay window giving on the balcony of 20 m2 (making the turn of the chalet on 2 faces), allowing pleasant sight and to benefit from the sun.
A small integrated kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer as well as all the necessary appliances (raclette, fondue...)
2 bedrooms upstairs of 9 m2, one with a bed of 160X180 and the other 140X180, new carpet on the floor, double glazing. One equipped with a closet and the other with a chest of drawers to store your things.
1 shower room and a WC.
