Located at the place called " Le Bettex " (on the side of the Mt d'Arbois on the St.Gervais side), on a tarred and snow-cleared road with a car park in front of the entrance door. Very quiet, not overlooked and away from the main road. Terrace and panoramic view of Mont Blanc.
4 double bedrooms. A living room-library on the ground floor with a double bed (2x90 or 1x180), usable as a 5th bedroom.
3 WC (1 per floor). 2 bathrooms with Italian showers. Balneo 2 places.
Living-dining room of 60m2 with fireplace and access to a large terrace facing south.
Fully equipped kitchen.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival.
For your comfort, no bunk beds, no mezzanine bed or "mountain corner" to transform.
For non-skiers, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding and all mountain activities in an exceptional environment.

Given the specific conditions related to the Covid 19 crisis, as this is a rental from private individual to private individual, the owner of this ad undertakes to refund your deposit in full if the regulatory measures put in place by the State make your stay impossible.
