Fully renovated detached house located in the heart of the village of Saint-Lary Soulan, 300 m from the cable car and 5 minutes from the cable car on foot.

The house consists of 3 levels, including:
- Ground floor: A large entrance on the street side and a courtyard side, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a children's room with TV, a WC, a large living / dining room with a fireplace opening onto a terrace and the garden.
"Night" areas: all rooms can be equipped with a 160 bed or two 80 beds.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms or parental suites opening onto a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. 2 bedrooms each equipped with a bathroom with a shower. WC upstairs.
- 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with views of the mountain and the village, 2 of which are equipped with a bathroom with shower.
- Outbuilding at the back of the house serving as a ski room and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Before your arrival, a very precise inventory, an inventory and internal regulations will be provided in order to respect the rental which has just been completely renovated.

The rental is not available at weekends during school holidays (Minimum duration 7 days). Outside these periods, the minimum rental period is 3 nights.

Linen is provided: sheets, duvet covers, towels.

Deposit 1000 €.

Cleaning is optional for 200 euros.
