Linen, bed and towels are provided.

No smoking in the chalet.

It is an extremely quiet place, in the middle of the mountains, ideal for recharging your batteries. The chalet is simply furnished. The first shops are about 5 kms away. The only sounds would be birds or marmots.

Conditions:
30% deposit upon signing the rental agreement by bank transfer.
Balance 15 days before the start of the rental by transfer bank.
Deposit on arrival: € 1000 by cash, or transfer bank before coming.
Payments accepted: Euros, transfers bank.
Tourist tax not included.
Resort insurance compulsory.

NET PRICES: electricity, water included.
ADDITIONAL: Tourist tax per day and per person - Free for children up to 18 years old. To be paid separately by check or cash.
The deposit of 1000 € will be returned within 15 days per post, following the departure of the tenants, minus the cost of repairing the premises if necessary and if damage was observed.
