Au Laurau, le ski sans voiture dans une grande maison comme chez vous

The magnificent mountain cottage, very comfortable and luminous with an unobstructed view of the mountain and a gorgeous southern exposure, is a ten minute walk away from the center of the village and 50 m away from a free shuttle towards the foot of the ski lifts nearby.

You will love the warm atmosphere of the cottage, decorated in a traditional mountain style, which can welcome 11 people in 9 rooms:

- A living room with a fully stocked wood burning fireplace, antique couches and chairs.
- A television and game room with thick carpeting, a couch and numerous pillows.
- A large terrace with a southern exposure, facing the mountain, with six lounge chairs.
- Six separate bedrooms, three of which have double beds, two have two single beds and one has one single bed. All rooms have a desk and nightstand.
- Three bathrooms of which one has a bathtub. There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
- A dining room seating eleven people with a walnut wood bar overlooking the kitchen.
- A fully equipped kitchen with freezer, electrical pyrolysis oven, microwave, ventilator, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, raclette (cheese dish) making machine, and complete set of pots, pans and dishes.
- Television, VHS-cassette and DVD player, ipod and MP3 player.
- Books, tour guides, comic books and board games are at your disposal.
- Laundry machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum machine on every floor.
- Sheets and bed linen are provided. Upon request, rental of bath linen and hiring cleaners or babysitters can be arranged.
- Baby bed, baby bathtub and high chair are at your disposal
- Parking places, large ski locker and a boiler room space with an additional freezer are on the ground floor.
- All cleaning products such as dishwasher and laundry detergent are provided.

We are a 10 minute walk away from the old village of Monétier les Bains where the shops, post office, restaurants and bars are situated… as well as the recently opened Grands Bains thermal resort which welcomes visitors in its Health and Beauty Institute (open until 22h).

Nature, sports, culture and tradition are all on offer in this historical valley.


Conditions of residence:
Rentals are non-smoking. Animals are not permitted. A deposit must be made at the time of reservation. Full payment, including a returnable deposit cheque and an occupancy tax, must be made one week before arrival. The handover of the keys and walkthrough are managed either by the downstairs neighbor or the one from across the hall.
