We offer our luxury family holiday chalet for rent for a few weeks a year only.
With a total surface of 200m2 (10 beds), it includes: 3 double bedrooms, 1 dormitory with 4 beds, 3 bathrooms, 3 WC, and 2 living rooms including a large living room of 70 m2 as well as a fully equipped kitchen (including nespresso machine, raclette/fondue machines, waffle mould, etc...)
Completely refurbished while preserving the cachet of the old, it is equipped for us, as a real house to live.
Facing south, it is located at the beginning of the old alpine hamlet of Tignes Les Boisses (just above Tignes 1800, 5 minutes walk by footpath) so while being semi-detached and having a large private and snow-cleared car park (4/5 cars), it has no opposite and is directly on the blue slopes Colchique and Mélèze. The departure and arrival are directly on skis, you can't be closer to the slopes.
Some local shops (supermarket, bakery, ski rental, bars, restaurants) as well as ski schools are located in Tignes 1800 and there is also a free shuttle every 30 minutes to Tignes Le Lac.
